Question: 2008 engine problem

I took a 2008 Focus for a test drive. Engine had a very noticeable vibration. I asked a Ford service manager at a different dealership if they had any problems with the 2008 focus engine. She said they had one. Is this a common problem with this 2.0L engine?

I have the same vibration. ford told me that is normal. I told them i have had the car for 2 years and it is not normal. Basically they told me oh well.
