Question: 2003 focus is making a noise when I back up -

Could it be transmission as it also makes noise when starting to accelerate. No problems with putting in gear though

my car it takes plus mines 2 months then the rear wheel bearings start to make a noice its the 3rd tike in 8 months that i have replaced them
